To get started click on Start->All Programs->Accessories->System Tools->Scheduled Tasks

Double-click Add Scheduled Task

The Scheduled Task Wizard will open. Click Next.

Browse to The Cleaner 2010. Click Next.

Enter a title for the task. I chose "The Cleaner 2010". Click Next.

Select the time you want the task the run. Click Next.

Enter your password twice. Click Next.

Check "Open advanced properties for this task when I click Finish." Click Finish.

Change the program so that it ends with "/update" Click Ok.

You may need to enter your password again.
