SecureFX is an innovative file transfer application with advanced features like site synchronization that helps Web designers and network administrators streamline everyday tasks. It offers secure file transfers over slow connections, proxies and firewalls with its strong security protocols including SFTP, SCP and SSL-based protocols as well as legacy FTP support – making it an excellent solution to connect to remote servers for file transfers over slow links or behind proxies and firewalls.

SecureFX provides users with the option to save sets of credentials, making password management much simpler. Its unique ability to automatically reconnect and resume interrupted file transfers means users no longer need to monitor transfers closely in order to know whether or not they have completed successfully.

This application facilitates the creation of multiple connection profiles with individual server and port settings as well as authentication methods like public key authentication, Kerberos V5 (via GSSAPI), keyboard interactive browsing, synchronized file browsing (when both locations have identical file tree structures) and queued transfer windows that let you manage simultaneous uploads/downloads of files in batches.

SecureFX supports SFTP, SCP, FTP over SSL/FTPS/HTTP/WebDAV/S3 protocols as well as advanced filtering options with wildcard support for use during synchronize operations to include or exclude files or types.

This application can be configured to play a sound upon completion of any transfer or synchronize operation, unscheduled connection/disconnection of session, or when there is an error. Users can also personalize their menu bar/toolbar to make commands they use frequently easier to reach.

SFXCL command-line client allows for automation of repeat SFTP and SCP sessions using script files or text templates, monitoring remote processes running on hosts, controlling them remotely from within a terminal session and offering additional customization features like moving and resizing windows as well as hiding or showing columns from transfer queues and changing font and background colors – among many others – through script files or templates.
