Aiseesoft MobieSync is a Windows application for transferring and managing content on connected iOS and Android devices. It copies selected files between phones, tablets and a PC, and provides tools for contacts, ringtones and HEIC photos.
MobieSync offers a monthly licence for one PC, a lifetime licence for one PC, and a lifetime licence for three PCs. These options change the licence duration and computer allowance rather than separating the tools into different editions.
File transfers and media organization
USB-connected devices appear in a device selector. Choosing a source loads its content categories, where individual items can be previewed before transfer. MobieSync can copy supported content between Apple devices, between Android devices, or across the two platforms.
Export to Device sends selected items to another connected phone or tablet. Export to PC saves them on the computer. To move local files onto a phone, the user selects that destination and adds files within the relevant category.
Contacts, photos, music and videos can be imported to devices. PC exports also include messages. This distinction matters when moving records: saving a message archive on the computer does not provide a message-import operation for the destination phone.
The media categories also contain tools for organizing the connected device's collection:
- Photos: Preview images before copying or editing them, add or delete photos, create albums and move images between albums. Photo information can also be edited.
- Music: Play songs inside MobieSync, adjust playback volume, edit ID3 information, remove unwanted audio files and create playlists. The player lets users check a track before transferring it.
- Videos: Preview clips with the built-in player, copy them to another device or the PC, delete selected videos and create playlists to organize the collection.
Contacts and message exports
MobieSync lets users add contacts, edit their information and organize contact groups. Duplicate contacts can be merged, while unwanted records or groups can be deleted. Contacts can also be transferred to another connected phone.
Contacts Backup loads the connected phone's contacts and saves a snapshot. Contacts Restore selects a saved backup and returns its records to the phone. The restore control includes a choice to clear existing contacts before applying the backup.
Messages can be selected for bulk deletion or exported to the PC as HTML, CSV or TXT. The exported records retain sender names, numbers, text and emoji. These files serve as local message records alongside the separately managed contact backups.
Ringtone creation
Ringtone Maker loads music from a connected device or the PC. Users clip the desired audio portion and generate an M4R iPhone ringtone. Selecting Add to device also transfers the ringtone to the connected iPhone.
HEIC photo conversion
MobieSync's HEIC Converter accepts photos from a device or the PC and produces JPEG or PNG images. Users choose the output format and quality, and can retain Exif information.
The destination folder controls where converted photos are saved on the computer. An Add to device option can also place the results on a connected device.
