This button opens Microsoft's evaluation download portal for the server operating system. Microsoft offers ISO installation media and a VHD evaluation image; registration may be required. The full ISO provides Standard and Datacenter evaluation choices with Server Core or Desktop Experience. The evaluation expires and requires activation, so it is not a permanent free production license.
