RarmaRadio is an internet radio player and recorder for Windows. It combines a station directory with playback and recording controls, so you can find broadcasts, listen to them and save radio audio within the same application. RarmaRadio is paid software with a fully functional 14-day trial.
Station directory
The directory provides several routes into its stations. Genre categories group broadcasts by musical style, while region categories let you browse geographically. Quick Presets and New Stations provide separate starting points when you want a preset selection or additions to the directory. Radio search offers another way to find a station without browsing the category tree.
RarmaRadio displays stations in a table with their names, genres, countries, stream types and bitrates. The interface also includes an Add Station command and a URL field for working with a station address directly.
Playing and recording stations
Play, Stop and Record are separate controls. You can listen to a selected station or record its broadcast, with recordings available in multiple audio formats. A dedicated Recordings view keeps the captured audio separate from the station directory.
RarmaRadio supports multiple stations within one application. Its Active Streams view separates the current connections from the broader catalogue, which is useful when moving between the available stations and those already open.
Station favorites
Favorites keep selected stations apart from the full directory. They can be arranged in folders, allowing a collection to follow your own categories rather than the directory’s genre and region structure.
A separate History view provides a route back to previous listening. This distinguishes stations you deliberately keep as favorites from those you have visited without adding them to a collection.
