Aiseesoft iPhone Unlocke is a desktop utility for changing several lock and account states on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when the normal Settings path is unavailable. It works through a USB connection and separates the job into distinct modes: removing the screen passcode, detaching an Apple ID, clearing a Screen Time restriction, bypassing mobile-device management, or removing iTunes backup encryption settings. It does not reveal a forgotten screen passcode. For that job, it installs firmware and rebuilds the device without the old lock.
Choose the lock
The screen mode handles a disabled device, an inaccessible display, numeric passcodes, Touch ID, and Face ID lock states. Aiseesoft iPhone Unlocke reads the connected model, asks the user to confirm its details, and downloads a matching firmware package before removal begins. The firmware step matters because a package for the wrong device cannot complete the intended restore. A slow or interrupted download also delays the entire job before the lock changes.
Removing the screen passcode erases the device data. This is a reset path rather than a way to preserve files behind an unknown passcode. A backup made before the lockout may restore personal data later, but Aiseesoft iPhone Unlocke cannot create that backup after the device becomes inaccessible. The user must also keep the cable connected while the firmware and removal stages run.
Apple ID conditions
The Apple ID mode removes the account currently associated with a device that the user can connect and authorize. The iPhone or iPad must accept the computer through the Trust prompt, which may still require the device passcode. An unactivated device does not qualify for this path. On newer iOS generations, Aiseesoft iPhone Unlocke also requires two-factor authentication to be active before it starts account removal.
The post-removal warnings are unusually important. The official guide tells users not to run Erase All Content and Settings and not to restore or update through iTunes after this operation, because either action can reconnect the device to the original Apple ID and leave it blocked again. Apple Activation Lock remains a separate ownership control; this mode does not turn an unknown device into proof of ownership.
Screen Time cases
Screen Time has two different paths. A locally created restriction can be removed without clearing the rest of the device under the supported conditions. A restriction managed through Family settings is different: choosing that case can wipe all data. Aiseesoft iPhone Unlocke asks which arrangement created the passcode before continuing, so selecting the wrong panel changes the consequence of the operation.
This mode also depends on current Apple device components on the computer. The official workflow requires iTunes for normal device scanning and asks the user to turn off Find My before removal. Afterward, the device needs setup again even when personal data remains. These requirements make Screen Time removal less direct than entering the forgotten code in Settings.
Management and backups
The MDM path targets a management profile that restricts a supervised or organization-controlled device. Aiseesoft iPhone Unlocke can bypass or remove that profile after the device connects and trusts the computer, but the user should establish authorization before changing an employer or school configuration. The backup-encryption mode clears the password setting attached to local iTunes backups. It changes that backup control; it does not decrypt an existing archive whose password remains unknown. Each mode acts on a different iOS control, so the correct choice depends on the exact message shown by the device rather than the broad fact that it is locked.
