Extract the ZIP archive. Run RetroBarInstaller.exe. The installer selects the matching x86, x64, or ARM64 application and downloads the required .NET Desktop Runtime when necessary. It also offers automatic startup and a desktop shortcut.
The current build uses .NET 10 on Windows 10 and later, with .NET 6 builds for Windows 7 and 8.1. The installer is unsigned.
Extract the ZIP archive. This portable archive contains separate 32-bit, 64-bit, and ARM64 folders. Choose the folder for the actual processor. The Win7-8 subfolder contains the builds for those older Windows systems. Run the matching RetroBar.exe; the .NET Desktop Runtime must be available.
