EaseUS MobiSaver is a phone-data recovery program that scans supported mobile devices or backup sets for photos, messages, contacts, videos, notes, and other recoverable records. It can preview found items and copy selected results to another location. EaseUS MobiSaver does not recreate data that storage has already overwritten, and finding a filename does not prove that every byte of the file remains usable.
Stop using storage
Deletion usually removes a reference before every underlying block disappears. New photos, app updates, messages, and temporary files can reuse that space. Continued phone use therefore reduces the chance that a direct scan can recover an intact item.
Disconnect unnecessary network activity and avoid installing recovery software on the affected device when a computer workflow is available. Save recovered files to the computer, not back to the storage being scanned. Writing results to the source can overwrite other deleted data before it has been copied.
Choose the source
On iOS, EaseUS MobiSaver can work from the connected device, a local iTunes backup, or an iCloud recovery path. These sources represent different points in time. A newer device scan may contain current data, while an older backup may hold an item deleted before the scan.
Select the backup by device and date rather than choosing the first name in the list. An encrypted iTunes backup needs its password before analysis. Entering the phone passcode does not supply a separate backup password.
Trust the computer
A direct iOS scan requires the user to open the device with its passcode and trust the connected computer. A damaged cable, locked screen, or unanswered trust prompt can prevent detection. Reconnecting repeatedly does not bypass the trust relationship.
The scan can list existing and deleted material together. Use category filters and preview the content rather than assuming that every result marked with a familiar name is the lost copy. Some records may be thumbnails, cached attachments, or database fragments.
iCloud can erase
The documented iCloud workflow can require Find My iPhone to be disabled and can reset the phone before restoring a backup. That is a destructive change to the current device state, not a read-only cloud search.
Back up current data before starting and confirm that the intended iCloud backup exists. Do not use this path merely to inspect one uncertain file. A reset can replace newer messages or settings with the older backup state.
Android may need root
The desktop Android workflow needs root access for full internal-storage scanning. Root changes the device’s security model and can affect warranty, updates, protected apps, or boot reliability. It is not a harmless permission prompt inside EaseUS MobiSaver.
Decide whether the lost data justifies that change before beginning. SD-card recovery or an existing backup may avoid root. Keep battery charge above the guide’s stated minimum so the phone does not shut down during analysis.
Preview before recovery
EaseUS MobiSaver groups results by data type and can show previews before copying. A preview is useful evidence, but a partial image or message fragment can look valid while the complete attachment remains damaged.
Recover a small sample and open it with the normal destination program. Check full-resolution photos, video duration, contact fields, and message attachments. Only some iOS categories can return directly to the device, so plan for a computer export when the item type does not support direct restoration.
Recovery is not backup
A successful recovery responds to one loss after it occurred. It does not establish a future copy or protect against another deletion. Create a verified backup after the recovered data has been inspected.
Keep the untouched source and original backup until the result is confirmed. A second recovery method may need them, and replacing the only backup with an edited export removes that option.
