Linked Helper is desktop software from Linked Helper LLC for organizing LinkedIn contacts and running outreach campaigns. It works on Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu, with paid Standard and Pro licenses and a free trial. The application combines campaign queues, a contact database, message editing, data enrichment, and team controls.
Profiles enter a campaign queue
Users collect profiles from LinkedIn searches, Sales Navigator lists, Recruiter projects, groups, events, or company employee lists. They can also import profile URLs from files. Auto-collect adds new profiles from a search on a schedule.
The campaign builder starts with a template or an empty workflow. Users arrange actions and insert delays between them. Each successful action moves a profile toward the next queue; a delay postpones that move. Working hours and action limits control when processing runs and how much work it attempts.
What the sequence does
Linked Helper provides different action types for the campaign’s intended result:
- Connection sequences send invitations, check acceptance, and deliver follow-up messages.
- Messaging sequences send a message, check for replies, and wait before another follow-up. Reply detection stops the sequence for people who answer.
- Network actions follow profiles, endorse connection skills, or like and comment on posts. Other actions invite connections to groups, events, or company pages.
Campaign dashboards show actions and results. Multiple campaigns can run in parallel, while their queues retain each profile’s progress.
Message wording from profile fields
The template editor inserts names, companies, positions, and custom variables into messages. An IF-THEN-ELSE condition chooses text according to whether a variable contains information. It does not compare that information with a value or evaluate arithmetic. Preview controls substitute test values before the user saves a template for reuse.
Hyperise integration supplies images with recipient details. Images in group or event messages require a follow-up after the recipient accepts the initial message request. Corresponding plug-ins enable custom variables, conditional templates, and image attachments.
AI drafts before delivery
Users give the AI a campaign goal, choose profile fields, and specify the language and tone. Fields can be required, optional, or unavailable to the generator. Linked Helper writes a separate sequence for each recipient and places messages in AI Drafts.
Users edit, regenerate, or approve drafts individually or in bulk. Optional auto-approval permits delivery without that review. The text editor can correct grammar, shorten, expand, or translate ordinary message text. Its AI editing option does not work with conditional template clauses.
Comments from post context
The comment generator reads a post and its author’s profile. Users set the goal, tone, and length, and the campaign action posts the resulting comment.
AI profile matching
AI ICP Detection compares profiles with an ideal-customer description. Users choose the data fields and minimum match level. Matching profiles continue through the Success list; the Failed list holds the rest.
A contact record beyond one campaign
The CRM combines profiles across campaigns. Filters narrow contacts by company, position, relationship degree, campaign, or tags. Users add notes and custom fields, then send a selection into another campaign. Records contain more detail after the application visits and extracts a profile.
Comparing campaign audiences
List Manager compares source and target lists. It can add unique profiles, exclude matching profiles, keep intersections, or remove overlap between campaign audiences.
Replies in the Inbox
The Inbox displays conversations alongside profile details, tags, and previous automated actions. Users write replies there. An AI reply assistant uses the conversation history and a prompt to suggest text that the user can edit.
Filling a contact record
Data Enrichment looks up profile identifiers in Linked Helper’s database. Users select fields, a freshness threshold, and preferences for business or personal emails. Successful lookups consume data credits. The application compares dates before replacing an existing value, preserving newer information already in the contact record.
Sending records onward
Users select CRM, campaign, or action-list records and choose CSV columns. A workflow can also map fields into a connected CRM and create or update records. Native destinations include HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Zoho. Outgoing webhooks send records to other services.
Shared workspaces
Administrators separate clients or projects into workspaces and assign workspace roles and account permissions. Access Lists grant permissions to groups of teammates. Guest viewers can inspect results without changing campaigns.
Cloud storage adds shared CRM records, a unified inbox across authorized accounts, and direct transfers between accounts’ campaign lists. Local storage instead requires manual file transfers and backups. Both options run automation on the user’s computer or server, which must remain on with the application running.
Standard and Pro access
Both plans include the campaign tools and AI functions. Standard caps several advanced actions at twenty per day. Pro removes those application caps and adds messaging-history export to CSV, webhooks, and connected CRMs. LinkedIn can still impose its own account limits. Each active LinkedIn account needs a license.
