Atomic Email Studio
Description
AtomPark Software put together Atomic Email Studio as a bundle of email tools aimed at businesses and marketers that manage their own bulk email campaigns instead of using a cloud-based email service provider. The suite includes all the steps in the process: creating a recipient list by gathering email addresses from websites, checking which addresses are deliverable before sending, personalizing message content with recipient-specific information, sending the campaign via either the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) or a direct connection, and tracking which messages were delivered and which bounced. All of this is running on the user’s own Windows machine and not through a third party platform.
The desktop-first approach distinguishes Atomic Email Studio from services such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact. Users who desire full control over their sending infrastructure, who send to list acquired through their own business relationships, or who work in industries where terms of cloud email service restrict their use case, find a self-hosted desktop tool like Atomic Email Studio allows them more direct control than managed platforms allow.
Atomic Email Hunter
Atomic Email Hunter takes email addresses from websites by crawling the pages that the user defines, or by performing keyword searches and gathering email addresses from the results. The crawler follows links within configured domains, extracting addresses from the text of pages, mailto links and metadata. Extracted addresses export to CSV, TXT or the internal list format used by other tools in the suite. Filtering options restrict collection to addresses matching certain patterns within a domain or to exclude certain unwanted domains.
Atomic Email Verifier
The email verifier will check the individual addresses in a list for deliverability before sending. Verification connects to the mail server for each address and verifies whether or not the mailbox exists and is accepting mail — without actually sending a message. This eliminates invalid addresses, nonexistent mailboxes and domains containing no mail server from the list before the send, which helps reduce bounce rates and protects the reputation of the sending IP address. Verification results mark each address as Valid, Invalid, Unknown, or Catch-All (the Catch-All tag is used to identify mail servers that accept all addresses whether the mailbox exists or not).
Atomic Mail Sender
Atomic Mail Sender sends personalized email campaigns to the verified list. Messages import from html or plain text with personalization fields that insert recipient-specific data — name, company, city, or any field present in the list — into the message body and subject line. Sending routes via the user’s own smtp server, Gmail or a direct smtp connection to recipient mail servers. Sending rate limits and delays between messages, to avoid triggering spam filters on receiving servers.
Atomic Mass Mailer
Atomic Mass Mailer Covers high volume sending situations where you have multiple simultaneous connections to the server sending over multiple accounts or servers to achieve the maximum throughput. Thread count and sending delay settings adjust the tradeoff between speed and deliverability.
Atomic List Manager
The list manager is responsible for merging, deduplicating, filtering and formatting email address lists. Multiple lists are combined into one single deduplicated list. Lists can be filtered by domain, address pattern, and validation status. The output format is CSV, TXT or the internal format for importing into other tools in the suite.
Atomic Email Logger
Atomic Email Logger — extracts email addresses from local files — email archives, documents, and text files stored on the computer — building lists from existing data sources without web crawling.
Campaign Tracking
Sent campaigns contain tracking pixels and link parameters to measure open rates and click-through rates when email recipients interact with the email. The tracking reports provide delivery status, opens by time, and which links within the message received clicks. These metrics are available when the user has control over their own tracking infrastructure, or if they have an external analytics endpoint.
Personalization
Personalization fields in Atomic Mail Sender are used to insert values from columns in the list into the message at send time. A single template with recipient name, company, and city fields in the subject line and body of the message generates individual messages to each recipient based on the information in the corresponding list columns.
