Yandex Go is an Android and iPhone app for requesting transport, deliveries, shopping orders, and rentals. Personal app use is free, while partner services and optional subscriptions carry separate charges. Available services and options depend on the region.
From an address to a ride
Enter a destination address. Yandex Go shows the fare and estimated journey time before the request. Ride classes cover everyday cars, larger vehicles, and Ultima executive services. With Kids adds child-seat choices, while City to City supports advance requests between cities.
Additional stops change the route. Cash and card provide payment choices where available. After matching, users can track the driver in the app. Driver calls and chat support pickup arrangements.
Scooters, cars, and charging banks
For scooter rental, choose an available scooter and scan its QR code. Yandex Go displays its charge and rental terms before starting. Riders finish at designated parking and send parking photographs through the app. Minute bundles provide rental time as a package. The service requires adult riders and allows one rider per scooter.
Drive carsharing provides reservations for available cars. A destination address produces a trip quote. The separate longer-rental option offers vehicle classes and shows conditions before booking.
Beri Zaryad locates power-bank stations on the map. Scan a station’s code to rent a bank through Go, then return it to another suitable station.
Send an item
Delivery takes the sender’s and recipient’s addresses and contact details. Users choose a courier for small parcels or a cargo vehicle for larger items, with loaders where available. The app calculates the charge before ordering. Both parties can follow the delivery; recipients also receive a browser tracking link.
Food and shopping orders
Yandex Go brings restaurant dishes through Eats and groceries or household goods through Lavka. Choose items, build a basket, and arrange fulfillment using the delivery address and access instructions.
Market adds product search, categories, ratings, and reviews. Add goods to the cart, complete checkout, and follow the order’s status. Go also continues a cart from the Market app. When an item runs out, it can suggest alternatives.
Pharmacy orders compare availability and prices across pharmacies, including basket totals. Users choose delivery or pharmacy collection; prescription medicines require collection.
My Car payments
Users can order and pay for fuel from participating stations through Go. The service shows fuel information for review before the order. My Car also finds car washes and electric charging stations, with wash booking among its services.
Schedules and travel bookings
Transport compares public-transport routes, nearby stops, and transfers alongside schedules for buses, trams, and commuter trains. In participating cities, Travel accepts hotel reservations and purchases of airline, rail, or intercity bus tickets.
Business-account users can open their personal cabinet in Go to book hotels and tickets with corporate payment. The cabinet collects tickets and vouchers, while company travel policies govern eligible bookings.
Eligible orders can earn Plus points under the applicable payment and category rules. Users redeem points on participating Yandex services; eligibility differs between order types.
