GoZayaan is a free travel-booking app for Android and iPhone. Users search flights, hotels, resorts, and tours, compare the options, and pay for the travel services they choose. The app keeps tickets and booking confirmations available on the device.
Choosing a flight route
Flight search supports one-way, return, and multi-city journeys across domestic and international routes. Travelers enter departure and arrival locations, journey dates, and the number of passengers. GoZayaan then presents matching flights with airline prices and layover information.
Price, airline, date, and stoppage filters narrow the results before selection. Multi-city searches keep the details for each leg of the journey. After choosing an option, the traveler reviews it and supplies passenger information during booking.
Stays between two dates
Hotel search starts with a destination and check-in and check-out dates. Results include hotels and resorts, with filters for price range, popularity, and rating.
The booking flow then collects guest details. A hotel reservation follows the property’s own cancellation policy, so selecting a different property can also change the cancellation conditions.
Activities and tour packages
GoZayaan searches tours by location. Travelers choose an activity or package, select its date and the number of participants, then enter guest details. Options range from shorter activities to longer tours.
Package descriptions identify their inclusions, such as accommodation, local transport, meals, or entry tickets. Those inclusions vary by package. Completing payment produces a tour confirmation through email, while the app also provides booking confirmations on the device.
From selection to confirmation
The booking flow connects the travel option that the user chooses to a user profile. Travelers sign in, enter passenger or guest details, and confirm the booking selection. They can select an eligible offer before reviewing the payment details and proceeding to payment.
Payment choices include debit cards, credit cards, and mobile banking. The Offers screen groups promotions separately from the travel search. Each offer has its own eligibility and validity conditions; the app’s free download does not include the travel purchase.
Requests for existing bookings
My Booking provides flight cancellation and reissue requests. The user must confirm a request before GoZayaan processes it. Hotel cancellation also uses My Booking, but a hotel date change requires cancellation and a new reservation.
Tours use a different change route: travelers contact the support team by email for cancellation or date changes. Airline, property, or tour-operator policies govern the result, and charges may apply. When a cancellation qualifies for a refund, GoZayaan returns the remaining amount through the original payment channel.
